Our over 110 years of successful development as a major industrial enterprise is based on the effective synthesis of a willingness to change coupled with respect for that which has stood the test of time. We are proud to report that a considerable number of our management executives began their careers with an apprenticeship in our company. And this is one of the reasons for our placing our faith in our solidly-based vocational training, both in the commercial-technical area and in the clerical area.
For many years, we have been cooperating with the Duale Hochschule Baden Württemberg in Mosbach. We also work on a project basis with many other schools and academic institutions and provide insights into the work in practice, e.g. with internships, diploma theses and study papers.
